The UNHCR has began moving the 18,000 newest Afghan refugees from the desperate conditions of Jalozai camp to nearby Shamshatoo Camp, where tents are being erected and the World Food Program is preparing to supply food to save the war-battered Afghan refugees. 18,000 new Afghan refugees, who have slipped into Pakistan from across a porous border in recent weeks overwhelming the Pakistani authorities, who are trying to stem the tied and relief agencies, whose finances are stretched to the limit. "This is the beginning of a major crisis. The situation is getting worse ever day. Inside Afghanistan tens of thousands of Afghans are on the move and most of them are heading toward Pakistan," said Mohammed Dar, emergency coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
