1. AFGHAN NETWORK exercises control over the content of the information passing through it. The sponsors has no authority and control over the approval of the content that is published on the website. AFGHAN NETWORK makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. AFGHAN NETWORK also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AFGHAN NETWORK does not guarantee any results in the ad campaign.
2. AFGHAN NETWORK will not be held responsible for any damage you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions between you and the clients.
3. AFGHAN NETWORK may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, Provincial or local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret.
4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFGHAN NETWORK from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party.
5. AFGHAN NETWORK specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
6. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding and variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.
7. Accounts may be cancelled with written notice delivered and received by AFGHAN NETWORK within the first 5 days of sign-up (including the date of signing) with AFGHAN NETWORK. Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation of your account, a refund will be issued to you, provided that we receive notice within the 5 day period.
8.After the first 5 days, accounts may be cancelled with written notice delivered and received by AFGHAN NETWORK. If you are paying for your account on a monthly basis, your account is set to expire on the date your account is paid up until. AFGHAN NETWORK requires payment in full, upfront by the same method of payment as the remainder of the term is to be paid in. Cash or Cheque payments will be accepted payment with a written receipt will be provided.
9. A U$30 Non-Sufficient Funds will be charged in the event of a Pre-Authorized Payment that is rejected by your bank.
10. All accounts are subject to a downgrade fee of U$50 if you are downgrading your account *before* your contract is over.
11. Further, you are not permitted to advertise material promoting any content which may be deemed to be illegal according to the laws of Canada. We reserve the right to decline requests for web space rentals and to cancel any account at our discretion.
12. Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to Afghan Network, our advertisers and our Web publishers. The success of our business depends upon our ability to maintain the trust of our users. 13.Use of AFGHAN NETWORK advertising space constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
